R.I.C.T.A is a non-profit making organization representing the Rwanda Internet community. It comprises different ICT institutions and individuals. It was formed in 2005 with the objective of managing the .RW country code top level domain, and act as well as a discussion forum for issues patterning the Rwandan Internet community. Services

RICTA, through accredited and registered Registrars, offers second level domain names (.rw) as well as third level domain names (.co.rw, .org.rw, .net.rw and .ac.rw). We offer a full suite of domain services, including domain name registration, domain name transfers, domain name renewal, domain expiration protection and domain privacy services.

Domain names under .gov.rw are offered and managed by the Rwanda Development Board - RDB through Broadband Systems Corporations - BSC LTD. Please visit their web portal www.bsc.rw
